  • Direction to Revenue Canada

I received a Direction to Revenue Canada and when I called REV Canada to request the last 3 years of returns they told me I hold to get another form T1013 filled in.

What is the court form good for if Rev Canada won't accept it?

Anyone know the process for this. The other party is not cooperative with disclosing info. I asked her to fill out the Rev Can form and the answer was no.

The court order is to require your ex to give consent to Revenue Canada to release the tax info. The form T1013 is the actual consent form.

I tried using the same form as well.

My ex wont disclose his income either.

I went to Revenue Canada, signed form in hand, and they said NO.
