  • Whose income is considered for Subsidized daycare

If 2 people are separated and one parent pays the other parent CS , for the 1 child, would the parent who pays for the child care be able to apply for subsidized daycare based on their income alone? Or so,they need to include the income of the parent paying CS?

I wasn't required to include child support for subsidized child care. They used the income off of my NOA only.
I have sole custody and majority access, the rules may be different in shared custody and access.
