  • Seperation Jurisdiction question

Let's say Dad lives in Ontario and stays behind. while his foreign born wife take the young kids home for a two month "visit". Unbeknownst to Dad, while on the visit she files for separation, custody.

Ontario will honor all decrees from international family court?

    Hope everyone is doing well

This is an international kidnapping case. You need a lawyer. Get one immediately and speak to the RCMP about how to report the kids as kidnapped.

Thanks Rocksan. It was just a hypothetical question.
