  • settlement conference before OCL disclosure

does it make sence to do a sc and file briefs when tbe parties are agreeing on consent to appoint ocl? this was going to be my next motion as op was opposing ocl but is now in agreement.

neither side has served or filed briefs but my lawyer is open to do one. does this make sence or waste of time and money? contempt motion is also in consideration.

does it make more sence to have other side to attend as agent to get order for ocl and adjourn?

i found useful information in this thread but its old:http://www.ottawadivorce.com/forum/f...-notice-17542/

I would ask to have remanded until after the ocl report is done. I had mine adjourned with no date set at all.

Doesn't really make any sense to go though SC if ocl is going to be involved.
