  • Affidavit of Unemployment

FRO caseworker said partner has to send an "affidavit of statement of unemployment" but didnt give a form. He went to a local walkin law shop that does notarized documents and the lawyer wasnt in today. We cant find anything online. Would that just be form 14A? And affidavit that the attached is his unemployment?

He called the caseworker back but she was gone for the day so he would have to wait til Monday. If 14A is the right form he can fill it out and have it ready for the law office Monday. And before you say go see his lawyer, its $300 for his lawyer and $40 for the walk in place to do the same form.

I think FRO is referring to a FRO form, not a court form. While I can't find an "affidavit of statement of unemployment", the FRO financial statement seems to address unemployment and support concerns.

Also, the financial statement cant be used because its not for support, its for section 7 expenses shes submitting in addition to cs hes paying them.
