Default Financials for CS Motion to Change

I am putting in a Motion to Change. There has been a change in custody and I am filing for retro CS. Am I required to submit financials for this?

Thanks in advanced

If you are just asking for basic guideline (no special expenses) then no I don’t believe so. But it might still be a good idea if you aren’t as well off as the other party. It would help in your “undue hardship/child suffered from the lack of no CS during that time” argument.
