  • seperation agreement-corporate finanical statments

So in the process of trying to make the divorce amicable, I have been requested by my STBX lawyer to provide my corporation financial statements for the last 3 years.
If the wife was not an employee of my business, do I still need to provide this information?
Why do her lawyer is asking for it?
    What is the motive?
Shall I provide it? Or deny that request

    Thanks

its part of the financial disclosure. You have to provide it if you are the owner of the company.
