Since it was brought up ... what are some forms of Dirty tactics that you have experienced going through the court system? How did you react and what counter measures are available?

Changing lawyers is a delay tatic as the new lawyer needs time to "get up to speed" and failure to disclose is another one.

So how does one protect themselves from a spouses lawyer whom may only be interested in $$$$ at the expense of the family?
Sure would be nice to find lawyers that say, hey, try marriage coaching first, then come see me.

Have you thought about mediation or collabrative law to avoid using the court system altogether?
