  • Relocation - proper notice

    Hi all,
Another mobility post. I am doing my own research, but can't find answer.

One parent plans to move. Notice given via email, but its not formal notice.

Does one complete the objection form anyway, or must one wait for formal notice?

The processes are new, so everyone is working without a net. However, I would serve/file a formal objection asap, lest a Judge deem you had notice and chose not to oppose.

agreed. Always respond no and through a lawyer through a formal objection. Do not wait.
