Hi community.
So, I now have a lawyer on record (I'm headed to trial). She says that I should have a judges endorsement (that ordered disclosure with which STBX has not complied) drafted up into an order. I believe her, but was wondering if anyone knew why. I mean, other than not having the court's seal and being hand written, an order is an order, isn't it ?
The plan is to motion for contempt for lack of disclosure. She says the order - not the endorsement should be in hand.
As usual, thanks to all.
