  • Ontario Court Family Law - Process

Looking for some "light" and asking if anyone can give me "general" timelines.

    1) Put in Motion to Change CS
    2) X has 30days to respond (either consent or file motion back)

I provided X with ALL financials required and thensome proving I am making $30K less than last year with new job. I even included all 350+ applications and contacts I sent resumes to.

Looking at having CS reduced accoring to guidelines to $662 from $1000.

Question: If she doesn't consent, I get a case conference date? Which I am thinking is months from now and then what happens then?

I was told I can request a Temporary Order for Reduction of CS at the Case Conference. Can I do this when I receive her Motion (in the event she doesn't consent)?

    Thanks.
