Default financial statement question

Hi,

This might be a stupid question but here it goes...

I was handed a financial statement to fill out. I'm just wondering why the ex doesn't have to fill on out. It states in out separation agreement that just must also provide t4's. Isn't she supposed to?

A financial statement is completed in order to settle the financial issues. Once that is all resolved you shouldn't have to be doing it on an ongoing basis.

On the other hand, annual disclosure of income tax returns and a Notice of Assessment is required to adjust support payments.
