People who live in glass houses should not throw stones. Learned some interesting details about plantiff and also debating to disclose info that would probably cost him his job...but I am not that vindictive....

Also, has anyone ever heard of defrauding the court by stating you can prove the distress the other side has caused a child?

If you are considering doing this, put it in the context of 'This is what I want to happen, and this is why it is in the child's best interest, this is why I think it is necessary, and here is the proof of my statements'.

Not sure what you mean by 'defrauding the court' - fraud means you are lying/misrepresenting to gain a benefit at someone else's expense.

My daughter is in crisis from her affadavit stating when she worked for a barn in 2010. They don't believe her affadivit and when she tried to call her father she was presented by his wife stating that she was a liar and she was not allowed to talk to her father by his new wife. She is in crisis and when i tried to tell him that... i was presented that i was trying to defraud the courts by saying that she was upset and it is affecting her ability to get through her term.

His lawyer is claiming that i am defrauding the courts because her grades wer bad..they only turned bad after he asked for a paternity test on an 18 year old. she is in university and trying her best to get through her term while i am fighting for support. anything she has said to him he has turned around...such as she really want to work with horses but i made her get a degree before she does so....what a bad mom i am.

The lawyer is just intimidating you by using big words. That's what they do. It's also a method of throwing you off your track, putting you on the defensive, and distracting you from your main request.

I'm guessing you have proofs of the past grades, so you can back up your statements. Briefly refer to them, and then get on with the main focus of your request.
