Default recorded messages as evidence

I would like to bring messages left by my ex on my phone answering machine as evidence in my motion to change a final order. Does any one know what media is acceptable to the courts? i.e. Cassette?,CD,?

Call court services of your respective jurisdiction. Perhaps you could convert the recordings to a wave file and subsequently playback through a laptop.
