Default She's slippery alright!

Tried to serve her with contempt motion. Evaded service for days.

Court approved mail service.

She Failed to submit any papers and the deadline gone.

Curious what will happen if she fails to show up to court or shows up with no response filed?

Anyone experience this?

You may wish to review Rule 31:

Quote:
WARRANT TO BRING TO COURT

(4) To bring before the court a person against whom a contempt motion is made, the court may issue a warrant for the person’s arrest if,
(a) the person’s attendance is necessary in the interest of justice; and
(b) the person is not likely to attend voluntarily. O. Reg. 114/99, r. 31 (4).
