  • How to replace insurance benefits?

I currently am part of soon-to-be ex-spouse's group plan through their employer. Going to lose that when divorce goes through. I have health (Rxs, massage therapy, physio, etc) and Critical Illness. Trying to figure out what to do - I am self employed. Looking for new source of Health, CI and also get long-term disability coverage.

    1. Does Canada have anything like USA COBRA?

    2. Any suggestions on best way to handle getting new coverage? I am self employed.

    Thanks

There a lot of companies that offer health benefits. A lot of them are pricey. Google Kanetix and get an estimate that way.
