Default Section 4 Form 13.1 Financial Statement Help!

I just started filling out my 13.1 Financial Statement and got to Section 4 Expenses. My husband and I are still living in the same home. When listing my expenses do I list the utilities that are only in my name or do I list the bills that are in my husbands name too. He pays 95% of all the bills and most of the bills are in his name. I'm really confused about this and would appreciate any help. I will be going to see a lawyer but I'm trying to save some money and wanted to have my draft statement done first.

If your expense is 5% of all bills, then I believe you would put that.

Sorry, 5 %?
I have heard that if the husband paid, you put a H (signifying Husband) beside the average monthly total, say for Hydro and vise versa W for wife. But if the bill is only in his name do I list it?

You said you are both paying the bills, ex 95% and you 5%. I would include all your expenses you pay.

If your spouse is paying or paid for certain expenses, put this expense into your financial statement but place an " * " (asterisk), or "(paid by spouse)" or an "H" (Husband) or "W" (Wife) beside those expenses under “Expense”, or if any expenses are shared, use “shared equally”, or “Wife pays 75%”, or as applicable

No, the financial statement is looking at money in and money out.

Here are all the expenses...I'm responsible for 5% of the cost.

So basically, I'm listing all expenses in the household and marking "H" or "W" or "Shared" and by what percentage. No matter who's name is on the bill.
