An OCL has been appointed for my step daughter, 12. Her dad and I met with the OCL, completed the interview, same for D12 a few weeks ago. We received a letter today indicating that our case has been transferred to another OCL.
Is this typical? We're wondering why and if we should be concerned? |

I'm sure it's probably just a caseload issue. But you can call the OCL and ask them to let you know why. I'm sure they will tell you. Ask politely- or better yet, ask your lawyer to ask them.
