No final separation agreement. But joint custody scenario. Taking the children to another province via airline.
I drafted a letter to be signed by the EX, but she said she would sign the canada border services.
I dont think the canada border services form is required.
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

If youre not traveling out of the country you dont need any forms. Just let her know your itinerary.
