    If your child support document says something along the lines of recalulcate the amount each year at such and such a date based on previous years incomes, can they collect on this or will this require going back to court to get a firm number.

    Sorry cant answer your question. But I have heard court orders need to be very specific, especially for anything to do with Section 7. You would think most lawyers would know this, but I've heard from many parents that end up back in court to have the wording fixed.

    Hopefully someone with more knowledge can help you.
