  • Can a temporary Consent Order for CS be registered with FRO?

    Quick question

despite OP's lawyer promising CS would be paid from the 1st of the month...it has not been paid.

Instead of $$$ on back & forth correspondence- I instructed my lawyer to offer a consent order for CS and s7...which states arrears will be dealt with later, but CS be paid on a temporary basis until a final separation agreement and parenting plan are entered into by both Parties.

But given consent order is stated to be temporary- can it be registered with FRO?

Yes. It will need to be accompanied by a SDO.
