150 years "mature" and yet children in Canada are missing out on these long weekend celeberations and fireworks with their parents (mainly fathers) following a seperation or divorce.
Hopefully there will be some improvements to Our Country's systems in relation to Family Law in the 151st year including the realization of the importance of children being able to experience these celeberations and other Canadian statutory holidays such as Easter, Christmas, etc with both parents before they're not children anymore.
One of those days to really realize the shortcomings of our "great" country.
