    Seriously, get a lawyer.
Actually arabian believe it or not there are people out there that choose to support themselves. If you had not spent so much time reading previous unrelated topics you would know I have a lawyer. If you have something helpful to say then by all means......

Your first lawyer was an idiot according to you and now your current lawyer is too expensive. I note you wasted money on a 4 way.

Have you provided and received full financial disclosure from your ex?
Between the two lawyers have you or your ex drafted a separation agreement?

Have you separated your financials (bank accounts, joint investments?).
Have you prepared and finalized a parenting agreement?

What exactly have your "lousy lawyer" and current "expensive" lawyer accomplished and how long did you retain these lawyers?
