  • FRO quick question

I enrolled in FRO as a payor because the ex asked me to, I did not have to I simply said OK. I didn't see a problem with it and my lawyer was fine with it.

Now that they might have to pay me child support (I pay them, they pay me) they say they themselves do not want to pay via FRO.

I certainly prefer they do pay through FRO, there have been issues in the past that did not directly involve them failing to pay child support.

What happens in cases like this?

If one person wants FRO, then FRO it is.

If you have an order that outlines they pay you it can be registered with FRO. If you don’t they don’t have to enroll.
