Hammered Dad has some great advice. The important thing is to move fast because family law and court take forever and so does cancelation of services (30 days minimum).

Not knowing all the facts but if she filed false accusations and he cannot even talk to her or see his child, world war 3 is upon him. Get ready for it.

Hire a lawyer, cancel all services, notify her through the lawyer and even go the extra step by dedicting half the mortgage from the CS cheques he is giving her or just stop paying the mortgage completely and let the interest build up.

Request too in writing that the matrimonal home be listed for sale ASAP or that she buy you out. No response from her and start filing the court papers.

That stuck in my head, throughout this thread so far, and wondering why some responses were saying one would have to consider if "reconciliation" was possible, or was something one would want to keep on the table...

Sorry, when an ex falsely accuses you of "accusations", whether they be DV, sexual, anger, etc... you run fast, and far from that "relationship". There is no reconciliation. lol. There is only more of the same, in the future.

I would hope that fact, gets relayed to the OP's nephew and sticks in his head.
