      Thanks - I am aware of that site, but I am looking for the explanation of how it is determined.

        I think the formula that is used is:

        Parent A: CS for two kids
        Parent B: CS for one kid

        And then offset those two amounts.

        I am in no way implying that the above is fair... but almost nobody understands the ramifications of offset payments so I've kinda given up on arguing the point.
