Settlement VS Case Conference

Hi All,


I'm hoping that someone can explain to me the differences between a settlement conference and a case conference? My Ex has filed a MTC, requesting child support reduction, and access adjustments. I have been to court for first appearance as well as 2 DRO conferences. (he chose not to show for these, just sent an agent) The 2ND DRO scheduled a Settlement Conference for January. I know I need to file case conference briefs...but should they be the same as what was filed for DRO?

Settlement conference has a different form to fill. It's pretty much the same info but different form. It also asks for what your offer is to settle the case.
