I know there is a forum for this, I just would like to know what Forms and the process. The old message forum I see for it is from 2016.
Any help would be appreciated. This will be a easy process for myself and Ex-wife. We have had a separation agreement for 3 years now, but just haven't filed for divorce. It's time. We want to to it the simplest and cheapest. We are basically going to copy what our separation agreement is. We have 1 child together and we have never been to court for Child support. It's just been mutually agreed on and put in the separation agreement.
