  • can you address your own issues when brought to motion

I have been motioned to sign a consent for divorce. Can I bring up other none related issues that he has failed to comply with that are in signed agreements at this motion?

Just guessing, but I bet you can bring up spousal support and child support at least. Courts don't grant divorces until the parties, especially the children, are taken care of.
