Apparently there is a "Statute of Limitations" regarding assets in a marriage after the separation Day.If the seperation took place in 2001 then the ? 6 year limitation is in place but what is the possibility of the judge throwing it out. I heard that they can overturn any S of L in Family court. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
