  • Self representing - special chamber

    Hello

I was wondering g if anyone self represented in special chambers 1/2 hearing and can give me an advise on how to prepare?

What is the process of submitting documents and what is th difference between affidavit and a Concise Letter?

    Thank you!

What is special chambers 1/2 hearing? I’m curious because I’m about to self represent (I don’t want to but have to $$) and I’m pretty nervous. I just got served so I now have to create a response apparently. Thanks.

check out on-line information in Court of Queens Bench Alberta or the superior court of your province. Typically these "specials" are longer time-periods (2 hrs vs. 20 minutes). I know this is often done for self-represented people. So a 1/2 hearing might be 1/2 of the afternoon.
