  • Withdrawal from FRO

Just wondering if anyone ans any insight. Incomes have flipped and the payor is now the recipient, and it's agreed to do payments outside of FRO. Submitted a withdrawal from FRO almost 2 weeks ago. The paperwork is in the system. Unfortunately it seems the assigned agent took an extra long weekend and was gone the last half week. So not getting an answer from them. The system doesn't seem to have a way to ask another agent. The previous regular payment is due the first of each month. So the question is do you make the "payment" coming up in a few days and wait for the other party to repay the amount or skip it? Would FRO put you in arrears since the paperwork is in process or what?
