  • Question about forms

I am the respondent representing myself in a family court settlement conference. Along with the affivavit, which FORM'S do I send to the applicant's lawyer and wich ones do I file at the court?

    Thanks!
    Edy

Edy - I think you should start your own thread and you will probably get more replies. Perhaps the mods can move your post for you to a new thread.

In the meantime there is plenty of information already posted on this forum. At the front of each major area there are titles starting with the word "STICKY" - you should find the info on there.

      Family Law Rules and Forms

Read the Family Law Rules and look over the forms. It's easier if you come back with specific questions than to try to explain the entire process from scratch.
