Default Phone provider

Hello,
In the process of separating, the lawyers are involved and still trying to get a separation agreement in place.

My cell phone account has both our numbers on it. I called Rogers and want to take ex off my bill/account they wont do it unless ex calls them.

Ex refuses to call or contact them.

What can I do?

Should I just cancel and get new provider?

Thanks as always

Just cancel your plan and port your number to a new provider - or a new individual plan with the same provider.
