Trial lawyer recommendations
If you read my previous thread, my current lawyer asked for $15,000/day for a 18 day trial, requiring a retainer of $300k by the end of the month.
I can't afford it and I am looking for someone more economical who is kickass in court. My previous lawyer was very good for affidavits but she was eaten alive in court by the other party's lawyer who is very aggressive, even when what he is saying doesn't make sense.
