Default Process to Request Adjournment of Motion Hearing

Hi there!
Can someone advice how to go about requesting adjournment of a Motion Hearing in Ontario Superior Court. What forms to fill-in and where to send those forms? I am the process of finding new attorney for my case.

Well, first just ask the other side in writing for one. You can likely get one on consent.

Either way, I think it is form 14C? I'm not sure.

If you are going to get a lawyer, how soon is the hearing? You should be able to get one in time for your lawyer to ask for the adjournment.
