Property is listed for much lower than what I feel is appropriate. X forced the listing price on to me because I don't feel X cares about what it sells for.
Perhaps it's because much of my "old family money" has gone into the two properties we owned. Is there anything I can do-?

X is on title, not making any payments whatsoever - last 18 months.
These payments that I have now carried how will this come out of the calculation as well - X says in simple terms it's like I have been paying rent to him.
