No unless you have a lawyer who is willing to eat the bill.
Transcriptionists have to live and eat and pay rent just like you do, They are typically self-employed people contracted to the court.
You can ask for portions of your trial (specific days or 1/2 days) to be transcribed though.

Transcripts are usually not made. If a judge has reserved on a motion then they listen to the audio, not a transcript. Hence transcripts have to be specially ordered, and cost about $3-5 per page. In the ordinary flow of things, people generate about 125-175 pages per day of testimony.
