    i sponsored my spouse after marriage and spouse is canadian immigrant now, if we go for sepration, will my spouse maintain immigration status. at the time of sponsorship i signed agrement to support my spouse for 10 years and also able to claim my house.thanks.

    as in your other post

    You have a one year old child whom is I will assume a canadian citizen. I believe the immigration office would not deport the child's parent.

    I believe you would have an obligation to continue to support your spouse and perhaps your child.
