  • Determining "middle" of Christmas Break

Agreement is we will exchange middle of break day at 5 PM. From my understanding, time starts from school let out and commencement of school. Middle day would be the Saturday after Christmas, correct ?

"middle" is very poor wording for a separation agreement. At least you have a time, some people do not even have a set time in their agreement, which is an invitation to argue every single year.

For what it is worth, I agree with your interpretation. That said, whatever you decide this year, will be the guideline for all future years, and presumably you two are alternating. So, give her some options, let her choose, and remind her that this choice will be binding for the next decade.
