  • Evidence to impute income

What evidence do I need to show to prove the other party should have income imputed to them. The settlement conference judge said printouts from employment websites (indeed, workopolis, etc) is not enough.

Part "A" would be the information from the website
Part "B" would be evidence that the person is qualified to do the job (diploma, resume, letters of recommendation).

You can also go on to CanLii. Enter province (Ontario) then Superior Court of Ontario. Then under "document text" you can have some fun and enter words such as "imputed income Nurse" or other words.... play with it. You will see cases that you can read.
