Cleanslate: The nice part of this forum is to ask questions on situations from people who have experienced your situation and can either relate or provide advice based on their own experiences. Others, including myself, have been through the trenches. Some of us are well versed in Family Law by virtue of our own experiences.

Listen carefully. If your ex says she needs before/after school care to assist her during her parenting time, your kid(s) will be in before/after school care during her time and you will be asked to pay your share. Be very careful you don't open up a can of worms and demonstrate to a judge you are unable to cooperate with your ex on child-related matters, especially so straight-forward.....you may end up losing more than just the monthly cost of daycare.
