Thats what it reads word for word? If so, thats very poorly worded... when was your agreement written that it states the child is 18 years of age? and if the child was 18 and not in school when you signed the agreement then how do you have arrears?

Its really hard for anyone to give you actual helpful advice when the details provided make no sense...
