Has anyone attended the Family Law Mandatory Information Program in Ontario? Was it informative or a waste of time?

I did this one on-line, but Im in Toronto and this one is from Barrie. Dont know if the Toronto Court would accept this as attended.

I did, it was required because i was self repped. A lot of it was common sense stuff and a lot of it was stuff that many people should/need to hear like not witholding the kids etc.
