I'm not that familiar with our beloved parliament system. I know it's a private member's bill, so it would take up to 2~3 year to debate or passing into law?:rolleyes:

I have been under the impression that for children under the age of 2 to 3 YO, moms would get the kids. I hope I were wrong as I'm also curious where the court/judge stand on cases like this.
