Withdrawal from FRO

Just wondering if anyone ans any insight. Incomes have flipped and the payor is now the recipient, and it's agreed to do payments outside of FRO. Submitted a withdrawal from FRO almost 2 weeks ago....

If Applicant owes Respondent an amount to be paid at a future date and Respondent has to pay CS, can the CS amount be deducted from the amount owed up until that date and the remaining amount paid? ...
