I tried VERY hard to settle but they just don't want to. On the other side, she admitted today that her concerns regarding my mental health was more around "irritability" more than anything.

So i'm in the middle of trial.

We provide some texts to the other party but then my lawyer finds out that there are some texts missing and believes it's intentional.

It will force the search engine to match the exact phrase in the quotations.

I have been assumed guilty until proven innocent...

I have been assumed guilty until proven innocent in family court. Even know they're saying I'm guilty and just because I'm not convicted, it doesn't mean I'm innocent. It's a sad state of affairs....
