Protecting assets from cost order

Just wanted to ask if someone knows how to protect my house against a cost order.

I can't afford to pay a lawyer for custody my trial. Even worse, if I lost custody of my children and was ordered...

Trial lawyer recommendations

If you read my previous thread, my current lawyer asked for $15,000/day for a 18 day trial, requiring a retainer of $300k by the end of the month.

I can't afford it and I am looking for someone...
