It seems like you would be ok with registering your child as per the original agreement. In reality registering doesn't mean much, but it would keep you out of trouble regarding mandatory school...

Kids will say anything to please a parent. Judges are independent but often rely on assessments done by especially trained staff. To me it sounds like you need the office of the Children's Lawyer...

Just to be honest, I am an accredited family mediator and I hear ths stuff all the time at the court house. I strongly believe no-one should ever ignore any action taken by a former "loving" spouse....
