Finally zoom court date...do we sit with the lawyers somewhere or is everyone seperate?

Also if one parent is paying 65% of education costs do they 65% of the educational write off?

Depends on your lawyer. More than likely you will all be in your own place and your lawyer will speak for you or direct you to answer a question the judge asks you directly.

No you pay 65% of the NET cost which is after the tax deduction. Your lawyer will figure that out with the divorcemate software.
